EnCana's Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on April 22, 2009 in Calgary, Alberta.

At this meeting, shareholders:

1. received the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Auditors' Report for the year ended December 31, 2008;
2. elected directors for the ensuing year; and
3. appointed auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, for 2009 and authorized the directors to fix their remuneration.
