I feel I've contributed in a big way as a new grad. In reservoir, I learned about the entire resource and got a feel for the inner workings of the resource. I present to the team and my recommendations mean something. In completions, I helped complete 37 Barnett wells and was given immense responsibility. I've had the opportunity to present on Barnett Shale completions at an Encana conference which included people from Dallas, Denver and Calgary. I've had the opportunity to work many areas: the Barnett; some East, West, and South Texas projects; and now North Louisiana. I am 100% part of the team and I know that my work matters. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
