Before completing the reservation form please check the calendar and reservation information for conflicting reservations. Note that the calendar is a general reference and may not reflect the most up to date information. The date you request may not be available.

Once the form is submitted you will receive a confirmation email from the Komie Road logistics team with a reservation number confirming your proposed date and time. Please bring a copy of the completed reservation form and your reservation number to the safety checkpoint when you arrive at Komie Road.
