Bill Oliver

Executive Vice-President & Chief Corporate Officer

Bill is responsible for human resources, communications, investor relations, media relations, community involvement, information technology and administrative services, including THE BOW project.

Bill joined one of Encana’s predecessor companies in 1982 and has held several executive leadership roles in the areas of exploration and production, marketing, strategic planning and business development.

Bill is a past member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers Markets & Transportation Executive Policy Group. He has served as a director of Syncrude Canada, Prism Sulphur Corporation, Pan-Alberta Gas Ltd. and the Independent Petroleum Association of Canada.

Bill is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and completed the Executive Business Program at Cornell University in New York State. Bill and his wife Lori have two children.
